Our team will work with your insurance company to facilitate medication coverage, pre-authorizations, referrals, denials, appeals, and more. Insurance will be necessary for labs, imaging, and related services.

Our services cater to all, with some not requiring the full services of a membership. If you only need to be seen infrequently, you can pay for individual visits.

Our office can help facilitate and expedite appointments with Specialists. We have a strong network of specialists that we work closely with. Although we cannot guarantee expedited appointments, we have a great track record of being able to do so, depending on the Specialist.

Yes, Dr. Klem is licensed to practice in both Texas and Arizona, allowing him to provide care to patients across both states. Whether you prefer appointments in our clinic, a location convenient for you, or via telemedicine, we work diligently to ensure you and your family’s health needs are met.

As an internal medicine practice, we see adult patients over the age of 18. We can manage your whole family, from your college aged children to your spouses and aging parents, regardless if they are in the same household or not.
